What does KREVIA create?+
A ready-to-post MP4 video. ElevenLabs voice and synchronized captions are optional. The displayed price includes preparation: one click starts creation.
Can I create without choosing a trend?+
Yes. Choose “None” and describe your idea, characters, setting and desired style. The ten suggested trends are there for inspiration.
When are credits used?+
The cost appears before the Generate button. One click starts preparation and reserves video credits. Model, duration and resolution determine the price.
How long does generation take?+
It depends on the model and its queue. Your project shows completed steps and estimated progress. You can leave the page: your video keeps generating.
Can I edit my video?+
Yes. You can edit the script, create a new clip or customize voice and captions. Each paid action displays its cost before the click. Saved clips are reused.
What happens if generation fails?+
Submitted and billed work remains paid, even if the result disappoints. There is no automatic free replacement. Only work never submitted or confirmed to have no cost is released; uncertain requests are kept to prevent duplicate charges.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, from the billing portal. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Included credits renew monthly and do not roll over.
